Due to fluctuating market conditions all sales are final.

If you wish to cancel an order placed online, you may request by contacting us via our website Contact Us page. You must cancel your order before your item has been shipped. If we do not receive and process your cancellation request before we ship your order, we will not accept the cancellation request.

All pre-orders are final. Once a pre-order is placed it can not be cancelled or refunded.
